Having held the position of Executive Director of non-profits, and having worked for and played key roles in other organizations, Anne combines her vast experience with her innate passion for helping individuals and companies reach their goals and attain success.
Over the course of her career managing and directing non-profit groups, Anne has earned a reputation as a leader in organizational development, collaborations and mergers, as well as fund development. She possesses a keen understanding of the group dynamic, and the insight needed to enable organizations to define their mission and enhance their fund-raising ability.
Anne served as Executive Director of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) in Tucson, Arizona for ten years, an organization that she was instrumental in forging a merger of three former AIDS agencies. For five years prior to the formation of the new agency, Anne was Executive Director of the Shanti Foundation, one of the three groups she later helped to merge into SAAF.
